Everyone auditioning must present a prepared song. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music and be prepared to sing only 16 bars ( the portion of the song that best portrays your vocal range and ability ).
Readings will be done from the script. You will be asked to learn and execute a dance movement. Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely. Bring character or jazz shoes, if possible. The typical rehearsal schedule for Sweet Charity will be Sundays from 3 to 7 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 9:30 p.m. During rehearsal period, cast members will only be scheduled if needed.
